Cardio 1 - 15 Minutes; HIIT Workout

HIIT Workouts - or High Intensity Interval Training - primarily activates the lungs and improves your cardio. These types of workouts are extremely beneficial for fat loss and strengthening your cardiovascular system. 

 

Perform the following exercises for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds between each exercise and rest for 45 seconds between each round. 

 

Round 1

  1. High knees
  2. Jumping jacks
  3. High knees
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. High knees
  6. Side skaters

 

Round 2

  1. Jump rope 
  2. High knees
  3. Push ups
  4. High knees
  5. Burpees
  6. Mountain climbers

 

Round 3

  1. Burpees
  2. High knees
  3. Russian twists 
  4. Jumping lunges
  5. High knees
  6. Mountain climbers
