INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Mango (or fruit of choice)
  • 1 Banana 
  • 2 Passionfruit (or fruit of choice) 
  • 2 scoops clear whey protein (or flavour to taste) 
  • Ice
  • Chia seeds for topping (or other topping of choice)
  • 1 fruit of choice for topping
  • Granola for topping

 

METHOD

  • Blend the mango, banana, passionfruit, whey protein, and ice in a blender for 2-4 minutes until creamy and light
  • Pure into a bowl and top with chia seeds, sliced fruits, and granola (or other toppings)
  • Serve directly so it remains cold
