INGREDIENTS
- 1 Mango (or fruit of choice)
- 1 Banana
- 2 Passionfruit (or fruit of choice)
- 2 scoops clear whey protein (or flavour to taste)
- Ice
- Chia seeds for topping (or other topping of choice)
- 1 fruit of choice for topping
- Granola for topping
METHOD
- Blend the mango, banana, passionfruit, whey protein, and ice in a blender for 2-4 minutes until creamy and light
- Pure into a bowl and top with chia seeds, sliced fruits, and granola (or other toppings)
- Serve directly so it remains cold
