INGREDIENTS
- 70 G all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp tomato basil sauce
- 70 G high-protein yoghurt
- 80 G high-protein mozzarella
- 5 G baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Optional: chicken/dried meats/any other toppings
METHOD
- In a medium sized bowl, knead together the flour, yoghurt, salt, and baking powder until it forms a ball
- Roll out the pizza dough until flat, cover with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and any other optinal toppings
- Bake on bottom heat at 200°C until dough is golden brown
