500 kcal/40 G Protein Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 70 G all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp tomato basil sauce
  • 70 G high-protein yoghurt
  • 80 G high-protein mozzarella
  • 5 G baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Optional: chicken/dried meats/any other toppings

 

METHOD

  • In a medium sized bowl, knead together the flour, yoghurt, salt, and baking powder until it forms a ball
  • Roll out the pizza dough until flat, cover with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and any other optinal toppings
  • Bake on bottom heat at 200°C until dough is golden brown
