INGREDIENTS
- 70 G uncooked brown rice
- 200 G boneless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp curcuma
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
METHOD
- Slice chicken into cubes or strips
- In a medium bowl, mix oil, soy sauce, oregano, chilli powder, curcuma, thyme, and sesame seeds
- Add chicken into the bowl and marinate well for minimum 20 mins
- Rinse rice and boil in water until soft
- In a pan, cook the chicken under medium heat
- Drain the rice and serve it with the final chicken mixture
