- 2 medium sweet potatoes – 4g protein
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and paprika
Preparation:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes, then sauté them in olive oil until tender.
- Add the onion and cook until soft.
- Season everything with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Divide into 4 portions.
