  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, cucumber, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shredded cooked chicken breast and mix well.
