Ingredients:

  • 200g lean sirloin steak – 46g protein
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes – 4g protein
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional) – 8g protein
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your liking.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them with butter.
  3. Top the mashed sweet potatoes with shredded cheese.
  4. Serve the steak with the mashed sweet potatoes.
